From optimism to despair: it's an emo rollercoaster

When you’re spruiking your creative wares for a living, on any given day you can experience a whole gamut of emotions: optimism, hope, joy and elation on the one hand; and dejection, despair, loss and frustration on the other. And most of the time, it feels out of our control as to which way our fortunes will fall.

In this animated series, art director Divya Singh perfectly captures the element of chance inherent in our creative lives - and how quickly we can swing from optimism to despair.
